More Power Tuning

The plugs really smoothed out my idle and got rid of the full throttle surge I was feeling. Paired with the tune and the 170 degree thermostat it’s a different truck. I love the power and quicker shifts. So much fun to leave people in the rear view.

Major difference in esthetics in the engine bay and huge increase of air to the intake. Instead of cutting holes in the plastic for the service bulletin, buy this from MPT, rip out the oem plastic and install the shroud.

Where to start with these guys is tough, as they do everything perfect! These guys have helped me over the course of an entire year while I built a Gen 3 EcoBoost, Mike personally helped me chase oil pressure issues when my motor builder even backed out and stopped helping me! He didn’t give up on me even when I was feeling the pressure of giving up on it! Mike wouldn’t let me give up and I now have a F150 that’s out here smoking every single car or truck or race vehicle that pulls up on me! Since finalizing my tune I have dusted an Audi R8, so many hellcats and corvettes it ain’t funny, I don’t even waste gas on Mustangs and Camaros anymore!!!!!!

The clutch is great! I paired it with an aluminum flywheel and I'm very happy with it.

Being a twin disc clutch, it engages quickly - so it's a little jumpy for city traffic.
I use it for daily driving and Autocross, and I'm very happy with it.

Swapped from SSI utilizing Holley Trinity Ex over to MPT utilizing SCT. Idk why I didn’t go this route to begin with. Both the 87 & 93 PRX tunes are legit. The 87 runs very comfortably but the 93 makes this truck an absolute beast. Both are an absolute compliment to the bolt ons to this point. Super fast shipping. Great customer service. Highly recommend for sure.

Installed this by myself on 13 FX4 3.5 - fits and works great.

Paired with a new CAI and electronic BOV - my IAT and coolant temps stay lower (approx 2-5° above ambient temps in Florida) and allows for quicker turbo spooling. The whistle sound is also more prominent. Highly recommend.

I went with MPT RTD4 because I wanted to return to stock and use warranty if needed. I’m running PRX93 and 93 Daily/Tow tunes. I’m impressed! Throttle response is great, turbo lag is gone , speed limiter is gone and the 10speed shifts great! These guys know what they are doing. My truck is night and day with the performance gains I’m getting now. I just installed CV Fabrication v2 Titan intercooler, turbo smart BOV, J&L oil catchcan, NGK plugs. This truck has come ALIVE!

I was on the verge of pulling the teigger to do the whole Computer swap in my 2023 Powerboost, but glad I waited. As soon as I saw the new HP RT4 was available at MPT, I had to jump on it right away and glad I did. This is programmer along with the recommended PRX tunes really woke up my truck!!! I love it!!

It was between MPT and another Tuning company for me. I read reviews that the competitor tune offered for these trucks was not an overly smooth drive with hard shifts on normal driving. Read reviews that MPT didn’t have this issue with their tunes.
Decided on MPT’s PR-X 91 tune for my Expedition Limited Max Stealth Performance. I also did purchase the SCT tuner from MPT.
I have a 3” lift, 33” tires, Intake, Turbosmart BOV, Charge pipe, Hot/Cold pipes and I just ran a 4.9 second 0-60… from a stop with no brake boosting. Before the tune I was running 6 seconds flat. Beyond impressed for an over 6000lb full size.
Smooth shifts and pleasure to drive as a daily driver for the last month with zero issues.
Hoping to buy an intercooler from MPT next to really tie it all together.

I've been watching the ads and reels for a while and decided to try MPT Tunes because you no longer have to unlock your PCM. The first time driving after the tune was unbelievable! So much more power and the way it shifts now is so much better. The follow up and customer service is amazing! I love driving my truck now.
