Important Notice:

• Order modification requests are manually handled by our MPT Experts as they come in, on business days within our hours of operation. Delays may occur during periods of high support volume.
• If an issue arises due to a verified mistake by MPT, such as a stocking error or incorrect product shipment, any applicable fees will be waived. Our team will investigate to ensure a sufficient resolution.

• You can request an exchange or cancellation for an unfulfilled order, provided it has not been processed for shipment. In-stock items typically process the same day, and once shipped, we may deny the request.
• Orders paid via third-party financing options are not eligible for standard cancellation. Instead, you can exchange the product or receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
• An item shipping from a distributor or directly from the manufacturer may incur a restocking fee. This restocking fee will be subtracted from the amount refunded.
• Distributors and manufacturers have different windows for cancellations and/or modifications of an order. This will vary and requests will be denied, if they are submitted outside that window.
• If you request a cancellation after the order is shipped, a re-route back to its origin is sometimes possible. This will vary based on the the shipping company used and where the order was shipped from. Any fees incurred by performing a re-route will be deducted from the refund amount.

• In most cases, we do not offer different billing and shipping addresses on any order. The product will be shipped to the billing address listed on the order.
• Any request to change the shipping address will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny the request for any reason.
• Always consult with an MPT Expert before placing your order, should you require the product be shipped to a different address.
