Policies, Terms and Conditions

MPT tuning charges and license fees are Non-Refundable. The sale is final when MPT has sent the tune file over email. This includes both new tune purchases and tune updates.

Products other than MPT tunes, digital products, and MPT decals may be returned within 30 days for any reason, provided that the product has not been installed and is in brand new, unused condition with the original packaging. Once a product has been installed it is non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny the return, should the product be received and it display signs of installation or unmentioned damage.

For vehicle programmers/tuners, the vehicle must be returned to stock if a program was installed. If a tuning device is returned and has not been returned to stock, a refund will not be issued, and your tuner will not be sent back without a shipping and handling fee.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred during the return process.

Amount Refunded:
•Returns post marked within 15 days from the date the item was received will be refunded the purchase price minus the cost MPT paid for shipping.
•Returns post marked between 16 and 30 days from the date the item was received will be refunded the purchase price, minus a 25% use and restocking fee and the cost of shipping.
•After 30 days, all sales are Final.

HP Tuners Credits are assigned to the HP Tuners product with the submitted serial number and cannot be transferred. HP Tuners credits are included with the purchase of an RTD from MPT. Once you load a tune to your vehicle with the RTD, these credits are Non-Refundable.

Digital products and files that have no ability to be taken back physically, such as an SCT Tuner Unlock, are Non-Refundable.

nGauge Tune License Fee is included in your initial purchase of MPT tunes for the nGauge. This fee is factored into the price of the tunes and becomes Non-Refundable when the stock file has been emailed to MPT.

MPT Decals are Non-Refundable, once they have been received by the customer.

MPT's Tune Sales and Update Policy

MPT Tunes: Digital files and items that have no ability to be taken back physically such as MPT Tunes are Non-Refundable. The sale is final when MPT has sent the Tune File over email.

Preference based Tune Update Window: The tuning process starts when MPT has sent the first file. We put an extreme amount of time and effort into creating each and every MPT tune. Our tunes include 90 days of preference based updates. After 90 days preference based tune updates may require a tune update fee.


During these 90 days, MPT will update your tune file for preference based changes. Preference based changes include feel and everyday performance of the tune. Octane changes, addition of transmission tuning to "no trans" tunes, and over-all tune changes do not fall under preference based changes. Most upgrades or modifications purchased through MPT would include a free tune update. All products or upgrades not purchased through MPT will require an update fee.

Strategy Changes: Same vehicle, new stock strategy. If the strategy of the vehicle has changed requiring us to build new tunes, you may purchase an MPT Tune Update rather than purchasing new tunes at full price.

Serial Number Changes: MPT tunes are written for a specific serial number. If you have existing tunes from MPT, but have replaced the tuner with an upgraded model but purchased it from another vendor, you may purchase the MPT Tune Update, instead of buying all new MPT Tunes.

Non-Transferable: Tunes are written for 1 owner, 1 vin, one device serial number.

More Power Tuning, LLC (MPT) values its users' privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") will help you understand how we collect and use personal information from those who visit our website or make use of our online facilities and services, and what we will and will not do with the information we collect. Any unforeseen damage that may happen to the vehicle will not be covered or guaranteed by MPT in any way. If anything doesn't feel normal after loading a tune, it is the customer's responsibility to immediately return to stock and notify MPT immediately.

Some products may be capable of the following:
Making the vehicle capable of obtaining vehicle speeds unsafe for driving conditions.
Making the vehicle capable of obtaining conditions exceeding safe vehicle speeds based on mechanical condition of the vehicle, such as tire speed ratings.
Making the vehicle capable of exceeding mechanical limits of engine speed, power output, and mechanical stress upon the powertrain, driveline, chassis, and body of the vehicle.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer(s) and user(s) of this product to be aware of these additional capabilities and adjust the installation and use of the product accordingly.

Please note:

MPT does not supply tunes for modifications that remove or alter the emissions system of the vehicle on highway driven vehicles. Any other use, including recreational off-road use, may be in violation of local, state, and Federal laws. MPT does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer. MPT tries to make this information available whenever possible, but when in doubt, customers should review the legality of products prior to purchase and/or modifying their vehicle.

All other warranties express or implied, are not applicable for the purchase and use of this product. MPT Performance MorePowerTuning LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

MPT is proud to offer free shipping on most orders over $149.

Free Shipping applies only to the contiguous United States. Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders outside the contiguous US with the buyer being responsible for any duty fees or taxes their home country may charge to import goods.

With Free Shipping, we will choose the best shipping method for the order. We use all major carriers, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

MPT Tunes have a standard turnaround time of 2-3 business days, beginning when we receive your MPT Tune Form.

We do not process orders on weekends or observed holidays. These do not count as business days.

Items not stocked at our location may experience delays and could incur additional charges. Shipping methods and speed can vary on these items. We reserve the right to choose the best option based on what was paid for shipping and requested speed of delivery. Should you need the product by a specific deadline, please contact an MPT Expert.

SCT Tuner orders with the Prioritized Order option have a daily cut off time of 3PM EST for their required tune forms to be submitted. If the tune form is not submitted by that time, the order will be completed the next business day.

Items will ship to the billing address listed on your order. If you need a different shipping address, please contact an MPT Expert for assitance.

International orders may be subject to import taxes or duty fees from your country. The buyer is responsible for all international shipping chargers including taxes and import fees.

Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
