More Power Tuning (MPT) is a trusted leader in Ford performance tuning, with a strong focus on personalized customer service, dyno testing, and top-notch vehicle calibrations. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about making vehicles faster, smoother, and just plain better — all while working alongside a team that truly lives and breathes performance.
MPT is looking for a skilled and motivated calibrator who’s passionate about performance and ready to build, support, and fine-tune custom vehicle calibrations across a variety of platforms. Hands-on experience with PCM tuning for late-model OBDII vehicles — especially Ford cars and trucks — is required. Familiarity with SCT Advantage III, HP Tuners VCM Suite, and/or Cobb Accessport software is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided to help sharpen your skills and grow with the team. In this role, you'll work closely with MPT’s calibration team to develop strategic goals, create tuning schedules, and help drive measurable results.
● Develop and refine custom calibrations for a wide range of Ford and late-model OBDII vehicles.
● Collaborate with the media team to showcase tuning results through videos, dyno sessions, and social content.
● Perform dyno pulls, rental tuning, and assist in testing new products.
● Engage directly with customers via support tickets for new tune requests, revisions, and data log analysis.
● Perform mechanical installations and testing projects when needed.
● Answer customer calls related to tuning, technical questions, and support — because customers love talking to real experts.
● Hands-on experience with SCT Advantage III, HP Tuners VCM Suite, and/or Cobb Accessport tuning platforms.
● Solid understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and performance modification principles.
● Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and internal support systems.
● Creative problem-solver with a "figure it out" attitude.
● Ability to lift up to 50lbs
● Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
● Ability to turn challenges into opportunities (without needing your hand held).
● Self-driven and organized — someone who shows up ready to knock out goals.
● Clear and friendly communication skills (in writing, on calls, and face-to-face).
● Dependable, consistent, and trustworthy — the team is counting on you
● Passion for cars, performance mods, and making vehicles perform their best.
● Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on tuning experience. (Real-world experience counts.)

● Casual, collaborative work environment — shorts and sneakers are totally fine.
● Weekly Pay with direct deposit.
● Paid time off and holidays.
● Simple IRA with 3% company match (because future you will appreciate it).
