How to select MPT Data Log Configuration File - RTD4 and TDN App
If you are looking to data log your vehicle for MPT, you'll need to make sure you're using the correct configuration file. That way you're supplying us with all the required info to dial in your tunes or help you figure out an issue you're having.
The configuration file is automatically uploaded to the TDN app, along with your MPT Tunes. So, when you sync files to get your tunes, it will populate as well.
Follow these steps:
- Plug RTD4 into OBDII port.
- Open TDN app on your mobile device.
- From the main menu, select "Data Log".
- Tap "View & Sync Files".
- Tap the folder for the vehicle you wish to datalog to view available configuration files.
- Tap "Select" next to the configuration file you want.
- Tap "Select" in the pop-up window to confirm.
- Next to the configuration file it should now say "Deselect".
- With this completed, tap the back button ( "<" ) to be taken back to the main data log screen.
Now, you are ready to tap the start button and capture the data log!
