Install Difficulty Level:

Shipping Policy

MPT is proud to offer free shipping on most orders over $149.

  • Free shipping applies only to the contiguous United States. Shipping and handling charges will apply to orders outside the contiguous US, and the buyer is responsible for any duty fees or taxes their home country may charge to import goods.
  • With free shipping, we will choose the best shipping method for your order. We use all major carriers, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Turnaround Times:

  • MPT Tunes have a standard turnaround time of 2-3 business days, beginning once we receive your MPT Tune Form.
  • We do not process orders on weekends or observed holidays, which do not count as business days.
  • Physical items that are in stock at MPT and ordered by 4PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

Special Considerations:

  • Items not stocked at our location will follow the same processing times but may experience lead-time delays and could incur additional charges. Shipping methods may vary for these items based on what was paid and the requested delivery speed. If you need an item by a specific deadline, please contact an MPT Expert.
  • SCT Tuner Orders with the Prioritized Order option must have their tune forms submitted by 3PM EST to be completed the same day. Forms submitted after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders will ship to the billing address listed on your order. If paying by credit or debit card, we can only ship to the billing address. Contact an MPT Expert for assistance if you need a different shipping address.

MPT Performance Returns and Refund Policy

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA #) is required for all returns. Please contact an MPT Expert to obtain an RA# before sending anything back.
  • MPT tuning charges and license fees are non-refundable. The sale is final once MPT has sent the tune file via email, which applies to both new tune purchases and tune updates.

Returnable Products:

  • Products (other than MPT Tunes) may be returned within 30 days as long as they have not been installed and are in brand new, unused condition with original packaging. Installed products are non-refundable. MPT reserves the right to deny a return if the product shows signs of installation or damage.
  • Vehicle programmers/tuners that have loaded a tune onto a vehicle cannot be returned.

Refund Amounts:

  • Returns postmarked within 15 days of receipt will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping cost MPT paid.
  • Returns postmarked between 16 and 30 days will be refunded the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost.
  • After 30 days, all sales are final.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping charges and any package insurance are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied to your purchase, the actual shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
  • HP Tuners Credits are non-refundable once they’ve been assigned to a device’s serial number, which occurs either during the purchase or upon completing the tune form.
  • Digital products like SCT Tuner Unlocks, HP Tuners Credits, or MPT Tunes cannot be refunded.
  • Decals/Stickers are non-refundable once received by the customer.

Excellent upgrade

Anyone who says this intake is too loud is a Nancy Boy. Seriously, this is quiet compared to intakes I've done on numerous other vehicles.Throttle response is spot on.

Our shop mostly works on classic cars and European models, so when I bought the F150, I decided some American Muscle was in order. Checked the box for the 5.0. Then of course researched viable ways to add power. This device kept showing up as a strong choice, so I pulled the trigger on the JLT CAI and theMPT 93 PRX tunes. I installed the CAI and the tunes. It took maybe 15-20 minutes to install the CAI. Simple install, good instructions, and easy accessibility to the areas needed. And the fit is remarkably good. I've bought much more expensive CAI kits for European models from big names that didn't fit as well as this kit did. Even the seal to the underside of the hood is really well done. All I can say is I am blown away at how significant the difference is, especially for the $. The truck is almost unrecognizable. The growl is instantaneous. Be aware that, like any CAI, you're going to get some added intake noise in the cabin. This one allows a lot of noise, but in a good way - Like when you apply throttle! There is some throttle tip-in bark around 1600-1800 RPM I had to get used to, but the pay-off is so worth it. Once I installed the CAI, I installed the tune - the 93 PRX. It's fantastic. Throttle response is much sharper. The CAI lets you know it's there and really adds some welcome engine noise out. The power gain from the CAI along with the 93 PRX tune is tangible. I haven't dyno'ed to measure gains, but I can tell you the acceleration is measurably stronger - you can feel it, and it is faster on the watch. It's real gains - not just smoke and mirrors. The kit of the JLT CAI and the PRX tune are a great pair, and some of the best performance bang for the buck I have spent in any vehicle - And I do a lot of vehicles! Class organization making a class product.

Loud intake!

The JLT intake is very loud and flows a lot of air. We tried to start the truck up after install before the tune. The truck sputtered and died because of the amount of air flowing. When you get on the throttle you really notice how loud it is. It is the loudest intake I have ever had on a vehicle. I had previously always used K&N cold air intakes.

Well put together product, fits like OEM quality. Louder than you will expect. Under about half throttle, the 5.0 sounds like an old big block breathing through a 4bbl. Quality parts, fast shipping, slight power bump, awesome sound, and 100% reversible if necessary. 10/10
