Install Difficulty Level

Installing the Addictive Desert Designs IC1650KIT is easy and can be done in 6-7 hours with basic tools. The kit includes all the necessary hardware and instructions for a hassle-free installation. You do not need to cut or modify your vehicle to fit the intercooler or the tubes. The kit also works with the factory intercooler, so you can switch back anytime you want. The only thing you need to do is to relocate the adaptive cruise control module if your vehicle has one, but the kit includes a bracket for that purpose. The installation process is as follows:

• Remove the front bumper and grille
• Remove the stock intercooler and tubes
• Install the new intercooler and tubes using the supplied hardware and adapters
• Relocate the adaptive cruise control module using the bracket if needed
• Reinstall the front bumper and grille

This kit includes bracketry to relocate the adaptive cruise control module (therefore, no additional purchase will need to be made to retain adaptive cruise control function) for the following makes and models:
