Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) is a California law that applies to all companies selling products in California. Proposition 65 requires warnings if a product contains any listed chemical present above very low levels that are known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Proposition 65’s warning standards are among the most stringent in the world. Proposition 65 is not a product safety law, but rather a “right-to-know” law. Businesses are required to provide warnings to comply with Proposition 65. These warnings are required to be in place for all products offered for sale in California.
There are over 800 chemicals on the Proposition 65 list, which is administered by California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), a part of the California Environmental Protection Agency. The list includes naturally occurring and man-made chemicals. Proposition 65 warnings can be seen for a wide variety of everyday consumer products, including Automotive Performance products, and warnings can be seen posted throughout California in a variety of establishments such as hotels, restaurants, automobile dealerships/repair shops, and retail stores just to name a few.
To comply with the requirements of Proposition 65, this warning is present on all products sold by MPT.

This is a very solid setup and the construction is very good. I had one small hiccup with the muffler the diameter of the outlet was a bit small as to not let the exit pipe side to slide in to the muffler. I used a 5 lbs hammer to gauge it out just a little bit and Boom done. This kit fits up perfectly to the stock mounting brackets and looked amazing! But my only problem with the whole thing was the sound this kit produces. Coming from a diesel 4 didn't sound bad at the time, I know I have a tiny 3.5 ecoboost, but the 4 exhaust to me made it sound like a Honda. I have to say I wasn't a fan. I did drive it around for a few days hoping it would change tone a little bit. So I have taken it off and put the factory back on or at least till I find a resonator or different muffler. But as far as quality goes like I said solid and very well built kit from MBRP. I would buy another setup from MBRP just not a big 4
This was only a slight challenge to install in my driveway. Rolled the truck up on the ramps and in about two hours I was all done. It's a little difficult to route the rear pipe over the axle, but getting the old pipe out is more of a challenge than installing any part of the new system.. I'm no mechanic and I did it alone in about two hours so there. Romp on the gas pulling away from a stop and let it rev!!! The deep magic rumble of the internal combustion engine turns into that awesome howeling roar we all love. Wow. But this thing is just so friggin loud it's ridiculous. I often put the shifter into manual and up shift early just to quiet the motor, as well as driving a tad slower, which I oughtta do anyway. And there is no escaping the sound coming in through the floor. It sounds really deep and badass but when your droning down the hi way it gets annoying. I'm certain my neighbors don't like it when I pull out at 545 and wake them all up. But really who gives as shit about that.
